Hyperbole is the tonequest's most dangerous enemy. Too many amp modifiers and amp makers, or anyone involved with making musical instrument products LOVE to spout how amazing they are at making you sound awesome. I am not one of these people. I like what my amp mods do, and I designed them to make myself happy. I have then learned that this sound is something others have been looking for, and I then decided to offer this service. These mods may not be for everyone, and I know this.

Because I want to be as honest and straight forward as I can, I have two video clips here to demonstrate what these amps sound like after modification.

The two videos to the left are TWO DIFFERENT amps that are modified. The first (Top) video is direct mic'd with a SM57, and the second (Bottom) video is indirectly mic'd using a Zoom H4 handheld field mic placed at the location of the video camera.

NOTE:
Both amps are running 7581a Power tubes, NOS Preamp tubes, and EVM 10m Speakers. These are not included in the modification service.
